Matthew O'Leary is a founding partner of O’Leary Wallace LLP. He practices trusts, estates, and elder law, with an emphasis on special needs planning, conservatorships, and probate and trust litigation.

Matthew moved to the central coast in 2010 to join the elder law and estate planning firm of Stephen K. Hall & Associates. Before coming to San Luis Obispo, he worked for a boutique civil litigation law office in San Jose, California, served as a law clerk at the Santa Clara County and Santa Cruz County District Attorneys’ Offices, and held a judicial clerkship in the Family and Probate Division of the Sacramento County Superior Court.

Matthew lives in San Luis with his wife, Stacey and their four young children. If he’s not at work you may find him at Avila Beach with his family, playing bocce ball at Baileyana Winery, at Active Church in San Luis Obispo, or on a basketball court or golf course.
